Contacting the Council

A council Services PC is available in this branch if you wish to contact the council online or speak to an advisor using the online chat service. A scan station is also available if you need to upload evidence. Pre bookable appointments for council services can be made by calling 0151 489 6000.

Borrowing e-books

The library website and online catalogue are available to access online. You can use this site to borrow eBooks and eAudioBooks as normal.

Home Delivery

The home delivery service offers a range of books, including audio books and large print, and is being extended over lockdown to allow anyone who would like to borrow books to have them delivered.
