Contacting the Council

A council services PC is available in this branch if you wish to contact the council online or speak to an advisor using the online chat service.

A scan station is also available if you need to upload evidence.

Pre bookable appointments for council services can be made by calling 0151 489 6000.

Borrowing e-books

You can use this site to search for and borrow eBooks and eAudioBooks as normal.

If you are not already registered for this service, you can create an account by emailing your name, address and postcode to yourlibrary@knowsley.gov.uk.

Home Delivery

Our home delivery service offers a range of books, including audio books and large print allowing anyone who would like to borrow books to have them delivered.
