All of our libraries provide computers and technology to make accessing our services and information easier, while also offering access to a world of day to day online services.

WHAT WE offer

All of these services can be used free of charge with a library membership.

  • Public computers, with the latest Edge browser and Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Our PCs are also the gateway to a range of online resources, including Driving Theory Test Pro, BFI Replay, Ancestry and consumer advice resource ‘Which?’.

  • We also offer secure Wi-Fi networks within our libraries, allowing you access to the internet on your own compatible devices.

  • eBooks, eMagazines and eAudiobooks.

    We offer a selection of eMagazines, eBooks and eAudiobooks via our BorrowBox platform which can be downloaded to your compatible Android or iOS device here.

  • A digital photo service for Blue Badge applications.

  • A scan station for submitting Council evidence.

All of our libraries also provide access to black and white printing – either via our public computers, or wirelessly from your own device.
